If you have been looking for extra effects for Paint.net then you are in luck.
I was really hoping for something like this … and then I found it.
Kris Vandermotten released an plug in effects package for Paint.Net.
It is version 3.8.0.0 last updated 10/26/2010 – and it still works!
There are some 9 extra effects added to Paint.NET. From the post I gather that select authors allowed him to include some work in the package. My takeaway is that everyone wins in this case.
