This is going to be q squirrel note (seemingly random) but in truth this is probably a start to talking about using SIMH and using PDP11.
There are a number of really cool sources which talks about this.
I own a physical PDP 8E. But I do not own a PDP11 at this time. I do have a whole host of papertape, Decpack, tape, and I even have core memory from a very old machine (I think it was an IBM teletype machine. It was very dated)
This post is another one of my works in progress. I will come back and revisit it. This subject could very well turn out to be a long list. Including discussing how to run AT&T Unix V5 and earlier version of BSD on PDP11 architecture.
